Assess students' educational goals and circumstances through telephone conversations. Guide applicants through admission procedures, including application form completion and document requirements. Track application progress and follow up with prospective students by telephone. Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Identify barriers to enrolment and provide practical solutions. Encourage prospective students to complete the admission process and become registered students. Stay informed about academic programmes, admission requirements, policies, and financial aid options.
