Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities and build relationships with startup founders and hiring teams throughout the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, solving problems, and wants to learn both sales and recruiting. As the company grows, this position offers a path into recruiting, account management, and full-desk recruiting.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels

Identify and qualify startup founders, executives, and hiring managers
โ
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Hirearky leadership team
โ
Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems
โ
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships
โ
Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs
โ
Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and talent acquisition
โ
Meet and exceed activity and appointment-setting goals
Qualifications
โ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
โ Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
โ Highly organized and detail-oriented
โ Self-motivated and coachable
โ Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, or appointment setting is a plus
โ CRM experience is a plus (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
โ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
