Banking Available Positions Trainee Graphics Designer – No experience required. Duty Station: Head Office. Customer Service Officer – At least 1 year of banking experience. Duty Stations: Central District branches in Addis Ababa and surrounding areas, including Adama, Ehil Berenda, Mercato, Gofa, Kolfe, Tulu Dimtu. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash – At least 2 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year as Cashier, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent. Duty Stations: Central District branches in Addis Ababa; Bule-Hora, G.Wako Gutu, Halaba, Moyale, Negele Borena, Meisso, Jimma, Agaro, Bedele, Gesha, Dedo, Mizan, Tepi, Yebu, Shebe. Branch Operation Supervisor – At least 2 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year as Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, or equivalent. Locations: Central District branches in Addis Ababa; Adele, Angetu, Halaba, Hawasa, Negele Borena, Dila, Asendabo, Yebu, Dedo, Gesha, Shebe, Mettu. Capital Market and Investor Relations Officer I – At least 1 year of banking experience. Duty Station: Head Office. Retail & MSME Officer III – At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at Officer level. Location: Head Office. Grade I Branch Manager – At least 5 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 3 years as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent. Locations: Central District branches in Addis Ababa; Miesso, Bedeno, Bedessa, Beroda, Boke Tiko, Deder, Harar (Abadir), Jijiga, Dodola. Customer Relationship Officer III – At least 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year at CRO level in the Financing area. Location: Head Office. Senior Human Resource Management Officer – At least 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in talent management, HR operations, or equivalent. Location: Head Office. Principal I, Private Customer Relationship Management – At least 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years as Team Leader, Senior Institution & Diaspora Customer Relationship Officer, or equivalent. Location: Head Office. Required Qualifications Trainee Graphics Designer: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. Customer Service Officer: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Skills And Competencies Trainee Graphics Designer: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software; creative mindset and strong attention to detail; understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual composition; ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively; a portfolio containing academic, personal, freelance, or previous design work is an advantage. Retail & MSME Officer III: Experience preparing reports using different Excel formats is preferable.
