OCS Billing Service Engineer

Experience Level: Mid-level (3–5 years) in billing or charging systems. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Software Engineering or a related field. Key Requirements: Knowledge of online charging, offline charging, Huawei charging architecture, and call detail record (CDR) processing. Proficiency in Linux system operations, database administration, log analysis, and troubleshooting missing or duplicate CDRs and blocked processing tasks. Familiarity with batch charging, tariff changes, patch upgrades, and software version releases. Experience in charging-data audits, accounting verification, and financial risk prevention. Knowledge of disaster recovery, high availability, active/standby switching, and cluster monitoring. Availability for 24/7 emergency response and support during holidays. Payment-related project experience is preferred.
