Position Title: RESERVATION AGENT About You Job Requirements  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar hotel position is an advantage. Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong customer-service skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
