We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, spotting issues before they become problems, and making sure every detail on a Shopify store is working as it should. If you take pride in clean product listings, accurate inventory, and a well-maintained storefront, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Maintaining and optimizing Shopify product listings for clarity, accuracy, and conversion
Regularly auditing the website to identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
Monitoring inventory levels and helping prevent stock gaps or overselling
Responding to customer reviews to support brand trust and engagement
Updating website visuals such as banners, landing pages, and product images
Coordinating with vendors on inventory, purchase orders, and order tracking
What Sets You Apart
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Shopify management
Comfortable navigating Shopify and related tools independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized across multiple tasks
Clear written communication, especially when handling customer-facing content
Proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup
Technical Requirements
Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed
Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent
