Job Summary
The HR Officer – Intern will support human resources activities, particularly recruitment, employee relations, personnel documentation, and HR administration. The role involves assisting the HR team with recruitment processes, employee records, orientation, pension registration, and other HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining complete and accurate personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist the HR team in contacting candidates and arranging written examinations and interviews.
Assist with handling staff insurance-related matters.
Assist in organizing employee orientations.
Assist with government pension scheme registration and maintaining related records in personnel files.
Participate in HR-related activities as part of the learning process.
Verify employee documents.
Issue staff identification cards.
Perform other HR-related assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Certifications
HR certification is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRIS), ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
Communication skills
