Job Description

Growth Marketer - Brixa.io Location: Remote (worldwide) | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Founder/CEO About Brixa.io Brixa.io is an AI-powered full-stack app builder that lets anyone create websites and web apps through natural language - think of it as a faster, more flexible alternative to tools like Lovable, v0, and Bolt.new. We support AI-driven website generation across HTML, React, and Next.js, with features like image-to-website conversion and one-click deployment. We're a growing SaaS with an active paying customer base and are looking for someone to own growth end-to-end. The Role We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own our acquisition and conversion funnel - from getting the right people to our site, to turning free users into paying customers. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build a growth engine from the ground up, not manage an existing one. What You'll Do Own and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), including keyword strategy and competitor-alternative targeting (e.g., "Lovable alternative," "v0 alternative") Build and execute an SEO/content strategy to drive organic signups (blog posts, comparison pages, tutorials) Improve signup-to-paid conversion through onboarding flows, email sequences, and in-product prompts Run and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, pricing pages, and onboarding Manage social media presence and content calendar (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) Develop and test affiliate or referral programs Define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) based on real usage and conversion data Report weekly on key metrics: traffic, signups, activation rate, paid conversion, CAC Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market experiments What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar full-funnel role, ideally at an early-stage SaaS or dev-tools company Proven experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads required; Meta/LinkedIn a plus) with real budget accountability Strong writing skills - comfortable producing blog content, ad copy, and email sequences Familiarity with basic analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar) and comfort reading funnel data Understanding of the AI/dev-tools space (familiarity with tools like Lovable, v0, Cursor, Replit, Bolt.new is a strong plus) A bias toward experimentation - comfortable launching small tests weekly rather than waiting for a perfect campaign Self-directed; able to work with minimal oversight in a small, fast-moving team Nice to Have Experience with product-led growth (PLG) tactics - onboarding optimization, in-app messaging, freemium-to-paid conversion Basic no-code/low-code fluency or enough technical understanding to speak credibly to a developer audience Prior experience marketing to developers, indie hackers, or startup founders
