We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support the successful promotion of Nova Events and its clients. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in both digital and traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
Create engaging marketing content for digital and offline platforms.
Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns for events and brand activations.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and event teams.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners and strategic stakeholders.
Monitor marketing KPIs and optimize campaign performance.
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media platforms, marketing campaigns, or brand communications, preferably within the events, advertising, or creative industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt marketing strategies.
