Health Hub Consultancy PLC Vacancy Announcement Health Hub Consultancy PLC is looking for qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions: 1. Administration Officer – Addis Ababa No.: 1 Coordinate daily center operations and client services. Manage appointments, registration, documentation, and follow-up. Coordinate with partner hospitals and medical centers. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports. Requirement: BA in Management, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field. Relevant experience is an advantage. 2. Field Administration Officer – Jimma & Adama No.: 1 Coordinate activities at partner centers in Jimma and Adama. Manage client registration, appointments, and documentation. Follow up with partner hospitals and centers. Monitor daily operations and report to the Addis Ababa office. Requirement: BA in Management, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field. Ability to travel between locations is required. 3. Accountant – Addis Ababa No.: 1 Maintain financial records and daily transactions. Reconcile collections and payments from different centers. Monitor revenue-sharing arrangements with partner hospitals. Prepare settlements and financial reports. Follow up on outstanding payments. Requirement: BA in Accounting and Finance. Relevant experience and good Excel/accounting software skills preferred. 4. Medical Laboratory Technician – Addis Ababa No.: 1 Coordinate laboratory-related services with partner medical centers. Follow up on laboratory examinations and results. Check proper documentation and handling of laboratory information. Support quality-control and safety procedures. Requirement: BSc/Msc in Medical Laboratory Technology/Science. Valid professional registration where applicable.
