The role supports managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle and ensures effective workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compliance with company policies, and the promotion of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary P&C partner for Leaf Operations Centers, supporting managers and employees on people-related matters across the employee lifecycleSupport organizational development initiatives, including application of company principles, facilitation of workshops, and maintenance of up-to-date job descriptionsConduct headcount planning in collaboration with line managers to ensure alignment with operational and business needsSupervise and manage employment administration processes, including contracts, transfers, promotions, terminations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and personnel recordsSupport and coordinate the performance management process, including objective setting, coaching, evaluations, and delivery of performance appraisal trainingsContribute to budget planning by providing input on headcount, training costs, and other workforce-related expenses in coordination with Finance and OperationsLead or support local and corporate projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and motivationProvide reporting, planning, and ad hoc support to the P&C Business PartnerManage authorized personnel actions for direct-report employees as requiredRequirementsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in HR / People & Culture or related rolesExperience in a multinational or international organization is requiredFluency in English and Amharic (spoken and written)Strong MS Office skillsKnowledge of internal regulations and company safety policiesStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
