Job Description The Department of Mechanical Engineering at SIT is seeking a vibrant and visionary department coordinator with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will bring academic and leadership excellence, a collaborative mindset, and the passion to help build a globally connected engineering program. The role delivers comprehensive lessons alongside international faculty from the United States, Europe, and beyond, supporting high-quality instruction, mentorship, and capacity building through virtual and hybrid platforms. Educational Level Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field Preferred Skills Experience coordinating international or virtual academic programs; familiarity with ABET or similar accreditation standards; experience working in multicultural and interdisciplinary environments.
