Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market shareIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersConduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends Promote company products and services through presentations, meetings, and marketing campaignsPrepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clientsMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for managementCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and servicesParticipate in exhibitions, networking events, and field visits to promote the brandKey Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or related industriesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsGood analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional RequirementWillingness and flexibility to travel frequently across different regions within Ethiopia and occasionally internationally as required
