Chief of Staff to the Group ChairmanAbout the Role:The Chief of Staff serves as the Group Chairman’s strategic integrator and Board Member at East African Holding. This role coordinates treasury, governance, strategy, and communications, bridging oversight between the Board and executive management. The position ensures disciplined control over liquidity, risk, performance, and major strategic initiatives without assuming operational authority, protecting shareholder value and strengthening enterprise governance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the strategic integrator for the Group Chairman and Board, ensuring alignment between governance and executive management.Coordinate treasury, financial oversight, and risk management activities to safeguard shareholder value.Support the development, tracking, and execution of major strategic initiatives across the enterprise.Ensure effective communication between the Board, executives, and key stakeholders.Provide advisory support to the Chairman on corporate governance, performance metrics, and organizational priorities.Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain relationships with shareholders, partners, and relevant external entities.Educational Background:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related field.Advanced professional or executive qualifications are advantageous.Required Experience:15–20+ years of senior leadership or board-level experience.Proven background in large, diversified, industrial, or multinational organizations.Strong expertise in governance, financial oversight, strategy, and stakeholder management.Experience in family-owned enterprises, joint ventures, or complex shareholder environments is highly desirable.𝘞𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘺.How to applyTo apply, email your CV and cover letter to:recruit@eastafricanholding.com
