About the jobJob DescriptionThe People Care Partner at Nokia delivers high-quality HR services and advisory support to employees and managers across the MEA region, enhancing the employee experience throughout the lifecycle. This role involves providing expert guidance on onboarding, performance, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with policies and local laws. Key responsibilities include service delivery through various channels, managing complex cases, and driving process improvements. Collaboration with HR teams and a focus on leveraging digital tools and automation for efficiency are crucial. The ideal candidate will embody a customer-centric mindset and a passion for enhancing People Care processes.How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Provide comprehensive People Care advisory services for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.  Serve as the first point of contact for People-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance.  Support managers with onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and exits in compliance with policies and legislation.  Deliver high-quality HR services via multiple channels while ensuring strong employee experiences.  Manage complex People Care cases and maintain ownership of case resolution.  Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation.  Collaborate with Country People Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and regional alignment.  Actively participate in projects focused on AI and automation to enhance People Care services and employee satisfaction. Key Skills And ExperienceMust-Have: Solid knowledge of HR operations and employee services  Experience providing advisory services across multiple HR topics  Strong customer orientation and ability to manage sensitive matters  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  Ability to work effectively in a regional or multi-country environment Nice-To-Have: Knowledge or exposure to designing AI-enabled or automation solutions  Experience contributing to the design or optimization of automated People processes  Familiarity with digital HR platforms and emerging technologies  Ability to collaborate with technical or transformation teams  Willingness to participate in pilots and change initiatives related to AI solutions About UsAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era.
