Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role involves creating engaging and visually compelling motion graphics and video content, including editing video footage, incorporating motion design, and ensuring high production quality. The candidate will collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute projects that align with the brand's visual aesthetics and messaging. Daily responsibilities will include editing video content, designing animation elements, and delivering final polished outputs for use on YouTube, TikTok, Tik Tok & Instagram.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics. At least 3 years of experience.Proficiency in Video Production, including editing and post-production processes.Experience in Graphic Design and Graphics that enhances visual storytelling.Proficient in one ore more of the following software: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender & Da Vinci Resolve.Ability to manage multiple projects and upload multiple pieces of content daily.Proficient in Amharic & English.Capable of working in an office setting, working 8-5pm, five days a week.Relevant educational background or certifications in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or related fields are an advantage.Experience in working as part of a collaborative media production team is a plus.
