This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, teaching, and working directly with people.Intern Trainers will help clients understand how to use our systems effectively, ensuring smooth adoption and confidence in the platform.Key Responsibilities • Conduct training sessions for merchants and clients on system usage • Demonstrate platform features and workflows • Assist users during onboarding and setup • Provide clear guidance and answer client questions • Report feedback and training outcomes to the team • Support field and office-based training activities • Ensure clients are comfortable using the system independentlyRequirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence speaking and demonstrating to others • Basic computer and smartphone literacy • Willingness to travel locally for training sessions • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work both independently and in a teamPrevious training or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.What We Offer • Practical hands-on experience in digital platform training • Exposure to real client environments • Skill development in communication and facilitation • Opportunity to grow within the companyPositions Available: 15Employment Type: Full-Time Hybrid Internship
