About the jobYES is Hiring: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) ExpertThe Ethiopia Diabetes Association (EDA) is looking for a strategic and data-driven MEL Expert to lead a high-impact, 4-year project: "Increasing accessibility of integrated diabetes and hypertension services in Ethiopia."This is a critical role ensuring the quality of care across 100 hospitals and 1,800+ health centers/posts nationwide.📍 Location: Addis Ababa (with 40% travel to regions/woredas) ⏳ Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)The RoleYou will design and implement a robust MEL framework to track NCD prevention, clinical quality, and patient outcomes.
