About the jobJob SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies for Luna Export Slaughterhouse its grocery retail stores with multiple outlets, PLC’s export meat business and Restaurants. The role focuses on strengthening the company brand, expanding export markets, increasing retail foot traffic, and driving sales growth across both B2B and B2C channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies for export meat products and grocery retail outlets in line with company objectivesManage brand positioning and promotional activities across export, wholesale, and retail marketsConduct market research to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities in both export and local retail marketsPlan and execute retail marketing campaigns to increase store traffic, customer loyalty, and sales performance across multiple outletsCoordinate promotions, in-store branding, seasonal campaigns, and product launches for grocery storesSupport export sales by promoting products through trade fairs, exhibitions, digital marketing, and B2B platformsWork closely with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product availability and messagingDevelop and manage marketing content including brochures, catalogs, social media, website, and advertisementsOversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resourcesMonitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvementEnsure marketing activities comply with food safety, labeling, and regulatory requirementsRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail chains, agribusiness, or export-oriented companiesStrong understanding of both B2B (export) and B2C (retail) marketing strategiesExperience managing marketing activities for multiple retail outletsExcellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market dataProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsFluency in English; additional languages are an advantagePreferred QualificationsExperience in meat processing, grocery retail chains, or consumer food productsKnowledge of export market standardsExperience organizing promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store marketing activitiesKey CompetenciesStrategic planningBrand and retail marketing managementMarket and customer insight analysisMulti-outlet coordinationResults-oriented leadership
