Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for:To support the Managing Director, inbound, through consistent execution of work.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Undertaking receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately.Maintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.Make travel arrangements for Executives.Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.Maintain inventory and Monitor office supplies.Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Secures information by completing database backups.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary.Data analysis; Proficient in Access, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Perform filtering and sorting of data, and other functions.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:BA degree 3 years of experience in business administration or related fields.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:The incumbent is required to have the following functional competencies:Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:AccountabilityTeam WorkDelegationInterpersonal SupportPerseveranceMotivatingPrioritizationAnalytical Thinking
