This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can own features end-to-end, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and operate confidently in a live, client-facing production environment.You will work in a distributed team alongside international engineers, product managers, and QA professionals, contributing to real customer-facing systems with high expectations for quality, reliability, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / ASP.NET CoreBuild and maintain scalable, responsive frontend features using React Own features from design through delivery and post-release supportCollaborate closely with product, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environmentParticipate in client-facing technical discussions and alignment when requiredWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeDebug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systemsContribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisionsRequired Skills & Experience:6+ years of professional software development experienceStrong, hands-on expertise in .NET / ASP.NET CoreSolid experience with React and modern frontend practicesStrong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architectureExperience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teamsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Experience working with US or international clients is a strong advantageNice to Have:Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)Exposure to microservices or distributed systemsExperience working in remote or offshore team environmentsWho You Are:A senior engineer who takes ownership, not just ticketsConfident working across backend and frontendCalm, dependable, and professional in client-facing situationsClear communicator with sound technical judgmentValues documentation, clarity, and predictable delivery
