The role involves processing and managing accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate handling of financial transactions. Daily tasks include reviewing and reconciling expense reports, preparing journal entries, and maintaining financial records. The Accounts Payable will support the finance team with analytical tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies.Key responsibilitiesReview, verify, and process supplier invoices and employee expenses.Reconcile accounts payable, supplier statements, warehouse inventory, and tax accounts.Ensure timely payments to suppliers while adhering to payment terms.Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.Assist with month-end closing and annual statutory audits.Work with finance colleagues to streamline operations and improve processes.Provide assistance with other finance-related tasks as required.QualificationsProficiency in handling Expense Reports and preparing Journal EntriesStrong Finance and Accounting skills with knowledge of industry practicesDemonstrated Analytical Skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilitiesExperience with accounting software and familiarity with relevant regulationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles is an advantageWhat we offerCompetitive salaryCollaborative work environment.
