The ideal candidate will have strong Webflow proficiency and an understanding of UI/UX design principles. Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. You will work closely with design and development teams to create visually appealing and high-performing websites, focusing on user experience, functionality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities:Develop, customize, and maintain websites using Webflow.Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver high quality solutions.Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and aligned with UI/UX best practices.Work closely with designers to bring prototypes from Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools to life.Implement SEO-friendly structures and performance-optimized web pages.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.Stay updated on new features, trends, and best practices in Webflow and web design.Participate in cross-training to support additional platforms such as Shopify and Cvent. Requirements:Proven experience as a Webflow Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in Webflow features such as CMS collections, animations, interactions, and integrations.Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).Understanding of responsive design principles and web performance optimization.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.Ability to work independently while managing multiple client projects.Availability to work US Central Time hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM local time)
