The interns will play a key role in supporting merchant and user onboarding, assisting in training sessions, and helping ensure a smooth rollout of our platform to new users.You will work closely with the Training & Operations team to prepare materials, deliver demonstrations, collect feedback, and provide field support to merchants and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the training and onboarding of merchants, partners, and end-users.Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations.Provide in-person and remote support to help users understand how to use the platform.Gather feedback and report challenges faced by users or merchants.Help create simple guides, FAQs, and reports after each training session.Coordinate with the main project team for scheduling and logistics.Represent the company professionally during field visits.QualificationsUniversity student or recent graduate in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields.Good communication skills (Amharic and English).Confident in presenting, explaining, and engaging with people.Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital platforms.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.What We OfferPaid Internship with field allowance.Hands-on experience in large-scale digital rollout and training operations.Opportunity to work closely with an innovative tech platforms.Certificate of completion and potential full-time consideration after internship.How to Apply Send your CV and a short cover message to: 📧 career@haddisart.com 🕓 Deadline: October 27/2025.
