Regularly update the communication activity task tracker on SharePoint Content Development (Photography & Videography)Capture high-quality photos and videos during field visits to document project activities and achievements. Ensure ethical standards of the organizationEdit and organize visual content, ensuring consistency with branding and storytelling guidelinesSupport the preparation of short videos, photo stories, and multimedia products for internal and external useUpload, tag, and organize photos and videos in photo archive following the agreed structure Visibility Support the implementation of donor visibility requirements, ensuring correct use of logos and brandingAssist in producing and distributing both offline and online content Capacity Building SupportAssist in organizing internal training on communication and visibility (preparing training materials, providing technical support on photography and videography)Guide colleagues on basic photography and branding rules when documenting field activities General Duties and ObligationsPerform other assignments corresponding to the actual needs of the mission, programme unit, or project as requested by the line managerSubstitute for other related tasks during colleagues' absence as assigned by the line managerUnderstand and adhere to PIN's Code of Conduct, policy guidelines, and manualsStrictly comply with all donor and PIN guidelines and policies, with particular attention to safeguarding and protectionMaintain confidentiality and refrain from providing any information concerning PIN activities to outsiders, including former PIN employeesRecognize that the position requires external representation and ensure behavior and communication reflect PIN's values and principles at all times, both during and outside working hoursTake responsibility for entrusted materials, assets, or cash, and cover damages or losses caused by negligence or carelessness, in line with the signed non-obligation of assets agreement. Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, or Marketing related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in communications, media, or related areasStrong photography and videography skills, including content capture and basic editingProficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of CanvaGood writing and editing skills in Amharic, English and local language(s).
