ResponsibilitiesEnhance the operations of the company by planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating financial and accounting activities in an efficient manner.Prepare performance reports. Prepare journal entries.Collect payments and collection documents.Record transactions.Prepare monthly account reconciliations.Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.Daily activities will include contacting debtors for payment, highlighting problem debtors, and preparing bank lodgments.Assist in the Finance Department from time to time, issuing CPV & CRV, and updating the cash register.Perform other duties as required by the Finance Manager.Qualification and Experience:Diploma or B.A. in Accounting and Finance.Minimum of 2 years of experience for B.A. or 0 years for Diploma holders.Experience working with accounting software.Experience working in manufacturing industries.Technical and Other Skills:Excellent communication skills.Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting, taxation, and labor rules/regulations, complying with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Skills in analyzing information, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, confidentiality, thoroughness, corporate finance, and financial software.Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office package.Demonstrable manufacturing finance management skills.Perks + Benefits: MealHow to applyCandidates who are interested and fulfill the requirements shall submit their applications/motivation letters along with an updated CV in one PDF/Word file via email:Tadesse.Teshome@ealbi.comwith the position title Junior Accountant on the subject line before September 27, 2025.
