The ideal candidates will have exceptional writing skills, strong technical understanding, and the ability to produce clear, precise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and business leaders to create documentation that supports both technical and non-technical audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality documentation including:User manuals and guidesAPI documentationSystem documentation and process flowsKnowledge bases and FAQsCollaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical details and ensure accuracy.Write in a clear, concise style suitable for the intended audience.Review and edit existing content to improve structure, readability, and consistency.Create diagrams, visuals, and charts to support documentation.Ensure all documents follow company style guides and meet professional standards.Contribute to training materials and onboarding documentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong ability to translate technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content.Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, MS Word, Google Docs).Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, or IT systems.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.Preferred SkillsExperience documenting SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or health/industry solutions.Familiarity with GitHub, JIRA, or other collaboration tools.Ability to create technical diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Figma.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid work environment (onsite & remote flexibility).Opportunity to work on large-scale, impactful technology projects.Professional growth and skill development.👉 How to Apply: Qualified applicants should send their CV and samples of professional technical writing to career@haddisart.com no later than September 15, 2025.
