About the jobJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Professional with basic graphic design abilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and ensuring strong brand visibility across online platforms. You will also support the team by producing simple graphics for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.Optimize content for SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.Track and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.Content Creation & DesignCreate, edit, and publish digital content (posts, stories, newsletters, etc.) that aligns with brand identity.Develop basic graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).Ensure all visuals and copy maintain brand consistency and professionalism.Social Media ManagementManage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.Email Marketing & Lead GenerationDesign and execute targeted email campaigns.Build and manage mailing lists for effective lead generation.Track conversions and nurture leads through digital channels.Analytics & ReportingMonitor website, social media, and campaign performance using analytics tools.Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activities and ROI.Collaboration & SupportWork with the marketing team to develop creative strategies.Support events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives with digital coverage.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 1 years in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles. Experience in graphic design (basic level) is required.Technical: Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and basic graphic design tools.Skills:Technical SkillsStrong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).Ability to analyze data and provide performance insights.Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management.Transversal SkillsStrong communication and writing skills for digital content creation.Creativity with attention to detail and design aesthetics.Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
