About the jobKaldi's Coffee has a temporary opportunity on our team for a Project Manager. This is a wide-ranging position that supports the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives by managing projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, to scope, and aligned with organization goals. The position is integral in supporting cross-functional collaboration to move projects forward positively across departments; driving shared accountability to keep the project momentum going; and monitoring projects throughout the development life cycle to ensure they are strategically aligned.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will focus on the planning, execution and delivery of assigned projectsYou will coordinate projects, teams and external stakeholders to meet assigned project milestonesYou will monitor and communicate progress, identify and manage risks, and address any issues and concerns in a timely mannerYou will maintain effective communication with all teams throughout the project lifecycleYou will ensure project documentation, governance, reporting and compliance are delivered to expectationsYou will support project closure including thorough project transitions and reporting. RequirementsYears experience, Experience in Project Management or relevant project-related rolesHighly organized with excellent time-management capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to quickly adapt, flourish in a fast-paced environmentBSc in Architecture, COTM, project management certifications are desirable
