Key Areas Of AccountabilityProgram Implementation and QualityFacilitate effective supervision of the implementation of planned activities in the field office and ensure quality of program implementation.Provide overall field leadership and management role including field level ways of working, delivering results with accountability, regular field level coordination and field level leadership meetings.
