Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This critical role will be responsible for HR operations, partnering with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) on new policies and programs implementations, and support site recruitment activities from job posting, sourcing, interview scheduling to onboarding. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to company business expansion and growth in Ethiopia.What You Will Be Responsible ForManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, interview scheduling to onboarding.Ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures at the local level. Handle all work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with local regulations.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and team.Conduct exit interviews/offboarding and provide insights to enhance employee retention.Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters with partnership with HR COEs.Review of Employee Handbooks.Contact point for government survey and liaison on HR matters.How You Will Stand OutPreferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Experience (typically 5-7 years) in HR recruitment and operations. Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor law.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.What You Will Experience Working With UsA culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
