Responsibilities• Collect, process, and document all received merchandise, assisting with inventory activities. • Receive and sort merchandise from suppliers by pricing and location. • Maintain stock levels and conduct inventory counts according to store policy. • Assign work orders to staff and record work performed and materials used. • Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked with merchandise. • Handle merchandise purchases, including special orders, and settle accounts. • Track and resolve discrepancies in received orders. • Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements. Requirements• Degree in Accounting or a relevant field • Over 3 years in store operations, specifically in hotel, restaurant, or catering environments • Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and non-food items. • Proficient in stock control procedures and inventory management systems. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. • Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standard
