We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.Job PurposeThe Fleet Manager is responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles of the company.The Fleet Manager leads End to End fleet operations across the secondary transport within and ensures that set KPIs and objectives are consistently achieved.He/she develops the Owned and Transporter fleet management strategy together with the Head, CSLE and ensures implementation.Manages performance of relevant 3rd parties (transporter dedicated fleet, Owned Fleet, and drivers.Leads all CSLE projects in relation to Owned and transporter fleet Management.Ensures great service is rendered with reasonable cost (Per set target from time to time) with the usage and utilization performance.What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeEnsures full implementation of the fleet Management strategy and action plans as defined.Responsible for inventory management of spare parts and efficiency of resources in placeDevelops a perfect fleet management blueprint and strategy in line with our Euro 250m vision.Defines guidelines for own and 3P Transporter fleet which benefits the company.Drives talent agenda within the team, by recruiting top talent and consistently building their skills and capabilities. Creates a winning spirit within his/her team.Maintains good business relationships with stakeholders and its staff.Ensures optimal resource utilization and consistent performance management.Manages and supports the value chain from turnover delivery till operational efficiency by prioritizing.Leads transport/Logistics cost optimization agenda through cost efficient distribution model and tight control of spends withConsistently drives ROI improvements for all fleet related budgets.Provide weekly updates on projects status and insights for operational excellence.Sets ambitious targets & monitors closely for performance, initiates timely corrective actions.Any Ad hoc tasks as directed by Line MangerWhat You Need To SucceedStrong analytical and numerical skillsStrong interpersonal and presentation skills.Overall Transport Management process knowledge and understandingExperiences & QualificationsUniversity degree in relevant field preferably logislogistics tics management, SC management, Mechanical engineering/Automotive Engineering Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a supply chain organization Excellent working and analytical Knowledge of SAP and Excel Strong analytical and numerical skillsStrong interpersonal and presentation skills.Overall Transport Management process knowledge and understandingExperience in automotive management, Garage environment and knowledge on spare parts managementSkillsCommunicationCollaborationAttention to detailMS OfficeStakeholder ManagementCustomer Service
