Apply now!Learn more jti.comPosition purposeThe role supports procurement in the Services Category, focusing on strategic activities.Collaborates with the Category Manager and local management on sourcing and contractingDevelops category strategies and ensures supply meets quality, service, and cost criteria. Success depends on implementing global strategies and a business partnership mindset. Required skills include communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making.Main ResponsibilitiesProcurement Manage local procurement and timely delivery of goods/services, ensuring compliance with policies and proper documentation.Category Management Oversee procurement for a specific business category, aligning with global and local strategies, and managing supplier lists efficiently.Supplier Management Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, ensure sustainable supply, and support innovation and sustainability initiatives. Drive value-adding projects and support global/regional procurement efforts.KPIs & Targets Achieve procurement KPIs and savings targets, lead sourcing and bidding processes, and implement strategies at local/cluster levels with performance monitoring.Business Partnership Foster strong relationships with business partners and suppliers, align procurement strategies with business goals, and proactively resolve supply issues.Market Intelligence Share insights, identify trends, conduct risk assessments, and source innovative suppliers through market research.Support Activities Assist supervisors and category managers in sourcing, bidding, and negotiations to ensure optimal quality, cost, and service.Compliance Adhere to corporate procurement policies, codes of conduct, local regulations, and audit/JSOX requirements.Data & Analysis Maintain procurement data, support category projects, and use data analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesLiaising with stakeholders for resolution of escalated issues Support the optimisation of value returned to the business Other (if applicable) Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request who are we looking for ?Knowledge, Skills, Experience RequiredUniversity degree with supply chain management, Business administration logistic and transport management and similar fields.Experience , Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar environment in a multinational company.Female applicants are encouraged to apply!
