In addition, you will support product planning, sales forecasting, and the monitoring of market exchange rate updates.On the marketing front, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing efforts. The role also involves coordinating and supporting product launches, customer engagement events, and brand activations, while ensuring the value proposition of the organization’s solutions is clearly communicated through effective marketing and communication strategies, including digital tools.You will also play a key role in resolving technical queries and customer issues by providing timely and accurate information, all while fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.Minimum requirements:The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing and have 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, preferably within a setting that involves ongoing customer relationships and repeat orders. Proficiency in computer systems such as SAP, MS Office, and SAGE Pastel would be beneficial, Additionally, we are looking for a solid working knowledge of standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must, along with excellent numerical abilities.The role requires a well-organized individual with solid planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
