Junior Architect

About the jobWe are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Architect to join our internal team. This role will involve collaborating with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow within the industry.Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and presentations.Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and specifications for various projects. Participate in finishing or partition or interior redesign efforts before product delivery to ensure alignment with client requests.Maintain the company’s design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects. Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare detailed drawings using relevant software and design tools. Participate in project meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes. Assist in the coordination of project schedules and timelines. Support the team in researching materials, building codes, and regulations. Maintain project documentation and ensure all materials are organized and up-to-date. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture A portfolio showcasing previous work, including academic projects or internships. Strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Preferred skills:  Experience with 3D modeling software. (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Rendering Software (Lumion, D5, Enscape) Previous experience in architectural design and a bonus with having a real estate development background.
