Job Description

BriefingAs a Human Resources Program Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by overseeing various programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention within the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.Coordinate employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.Manage performance management processes including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews.Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.Assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews, conducting reference checks, and drafting job descriptions.Handle employee relations matters by investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and recommending solutions.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HR program management, employee engagement, and performance management.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees at all levels.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match.Paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Ongoing opportunities for professional development and training.A collaborative work environment that values diversity and inclusion.Potential for career growth within the organization.
