About the jobJob SummaryOur client, a market-leading industrial group with diversified businesses, is seeking to hire a high caliber Office Manager. You’ll blend strategic office leadership with discreet, high-impact support to the senior management team, driving operational excellence while nurturing a high-performance culture. If you can streamline processes, command vendor relationships, and anticipate C-suite needs before they surface, this seat is yours.ResponsibilitiesOversee all front- and back-office functions to ensure seamless daily operations.Manage executive calendars, high-stakes meetings, and complex domestic & international travel itineraries.Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative workflows for procurement, approvals, document control, and archiving.Coordinate onboarding logistics, maintain personnel files, and support HR with policy communication, culture initiatives, and basic payroll documentation.Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, government agencies, and external visitors, projecting professionalism and discretion at all times.Plan and execute high-profile eventsAct as a trusted liaison between the management and internal/external stakeholders—government agencies, regulators, investors—maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Lead, coach, and develop the administrative team, setting clear KPIs and succession plans that sustain high performance.Curate employee-engagement initiatives and internal communications that reinforce organizational values and cultivate a high-performance culture.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate certification is advantageous.6 + years of combined office/facilities and executive-support experience.Proven command of budgets, vendor negotiations, and policy development, with a track record of delivering cost savings and service improvements.Expert at complex calendar management, board documentation, and international travel logistics.Fluent written and spoken Amharic and English; exceptional business writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.High integrity, analytical mindset, and a history of mentoring high-performing teams.How to ApplySubmit your application letter and CV to apply@yes.et by April 30, 2025.
