Solar battery and panel installation professional

About the jobOur company is seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Battery and Panel Installation Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe installation of residential and/or commercial solar photovoltaic(PV) systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated equipment.This role requires a strong understanding of electrical wiring, roofing techniques, safety regulations, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Perform site assessments to determine optimal installation locations and system requirements.• Install solar panels on various roof types and ground-mounted structures, adhering to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.• Install and wire solar inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and other electrical components.• Ensure proper grounding and bonding of all system components.• Run and terminate AC and DC electrical wiring, conduit, and cable trays.• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise.• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance.• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their solar energy system.• Maintain accurate records of installations, including system diagrams, equipment specifications, and inspection reports.• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures,• Maintain a clean and organized work site.• Collaborate effectively with other team members• Potentially assist with system maintenance and repairs as needed.Qualifications:• Msc/Bsc in Electrical and electro-mechanical engineering• At-least 2 years of experience in solar PV system installation, including both panels and battery storage.• Knowledge of solar inverters, battery technologies, and monitoring systems.• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation and Benefits:• Attractive salary and commission• Opportunity for growth and development.
