The role involves planning, organizing, and facilitating training sessions, selecting effective methods, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate has experience as an SDR and in sales, negotiation, content development, and training delivery, along with strong communication and organizational skills. ResponsibilitiesMap out monthly training plans for SDR teams, Management, HR, Customer Support, and other stakeholdersDevelop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)Plans, organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)Market available training programs and provide necessary information about sessionsDesign, prepare and order educational aids and materialsMaintain updated curriculum database and training recordsHost train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Requirements and skillsProven work experience as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related fieldStrong skills in sales and negotiation, technology use, content development, and training delivery.Strong communication skillsHands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate settingExtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementationProven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignment
