Duties and responsibilitiesSales Strategy & Market Development:Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in international markets.Identify new growth opportunities and create market-entry strategies for untapped regions.Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing international clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through excellent client service.Brand Building & Promotion:Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and execute effective brand-building initiatives.Lead targeted promotional activities, including trade shows, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.Address any challenges related to supply chain, distribution, and export documentation.Strategic Product Marketing:Leverage digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms to increase reach and engagement with international customers.Utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and email marketing to generate leads and drive sales growth.Lead the creation of product content and ensure it effectively reaches the target audience and markets.Establish a strong product presence across relevant platforms to enhance visibility and drive sales.Logistics & Compliance:Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain challenges.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including obtaining export permits and maintaining accurate documentation.Strategic Expansion & Opportunity Identification:Continuously assess market trends and identify new business opportunities, including expanding into untapped geographic regions.Develop and execute market-entry strategies for new territories, driving sales growth in these areas.Qualifications and requirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, business development, or international trade, ideally within the edible oil or agriculture industry.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving market expansion.Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies with measurable results.Experience with market analysis, lead generation, and managing client relationships across international markets.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and close high-value deals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approaches based on market insights.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.Fluency in English is required.
