About the jobRole description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for executing assigned tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role demands strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.Perform account reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Assist in tax preparation and coordinate with external auditors.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed.Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.Qualification:Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields5 or more years of work experience as an accountantWork experience in a real estate or construction company is a plus
