In this role, you will be instrumental in educating and inspiring students in their English studies.  Responsibilities: Design lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the educational needs of students. Instruct students in English language skills, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback on their work. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators. Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the overall educational experience. Organize and oversee extracurricular activities focused on English language and literature. Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and actively engage students.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in English literature or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting. Experience specifically in a private school environment. Proficiency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential. Familiarity with educational technology is advantageous. Strong classroom management skills are essential.
