About the jobJob PurposeTo provide sales support in co-ordinating all administrative related functions such as processing of quotes, orders and invoices, as well as the co-ordination of logistics/transport where applicable. Qualifications required to fulfil the roleDegree in Marketing or Sales Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the role1 year previous experience in a sales environment or working in customer service with a customer base of repeat orders and interactions.Computer Literate (SAP,Ms-Office,SAGE Pastel)Key AccountabilitiesSales quotation and order creation Keep track of orders and sales Sales coordination of local markets (commercial invoices )Processing price quotations Attending to walk in customersAssisting in attainment of sales targetsAssist in marketing campaigns and digital marketing Assisting in product allocation ,planning and sales forecastingProcessing of discounts,price lists,credit overrides,credit note justification system change forms, month end reviewsMonitoring of market exchange rates updates To assist with Technical queries, customer issues and ensure effective resolution by providing the correct information.Develop and maintain a professional relationship with colleagues and stakeholders in order to provide exceptional customer service.All such duties and/or activities assigned by management/board as and when required.
