About the jobJob Summary:The Managing Executive will provide high-level strategic and operational support. This role requires a highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of success in senior executive support roles. Essential experience includes overseeing international clients and navigating the complexities of international call centre operations. Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with key international partners, clients, and stakeholders, leveraging experience in multi-organizational collaboration.Leverage experience in managing international campaigns to drive successful outcomes for the call centre's marketing and client acquisition efforts.Oversight for all high-level activities, driving business growth, managing key relationships with international organizations, and ensuring the successful execution of global campaigns.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.Oversees all operational aspects of the business, including budget management, resource allocation, and the successful execution of international campaigns.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Manage complex projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectivesOversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.Apply exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in top-tier management roles (e.g., Director, CEO, Country Manager).Minimum 5 years of experience managing and supporting relationships with multi international organizations.Extensive experience managing international campaigns as a senior director.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership and mentorship skills.Discretion and confidentiality.
