The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in a dynamic setting, with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills. They will work closely with executives to Develop long-term plans that enhance productivity and success. Responsibilities:• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to Provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives. • Collaborate with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activities and strategic goals. • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for daily operations to ensure efficient and timely task completion. • Devise strategies for program growth and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs. • Uphold the organization's policies and standards, ensuring compliance with legislative regulations. • Work closely with Human Resources to maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending improvement solutions. • Collaborate with executive-level management in developing performance goals and long term operational plans. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a relevant field.• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management. • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. • Ability to streamline or implement new structures and roles that enhance speed and efficiency. • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.• Flexibility in working hours, with the understanding that days off may not be on weekends. • Ability to shuffle working hours as needed.
