In doing so, our company is looking for a passionate and self-directed Junior editor and Camera man Professional to join the team we are building.Job SummarCamera Person Responsibilities & Duties● Set up and operate camera equipment for shoots.● Collaborate with directors and other crew members to determine camera angles and movements.● Adjust camera settings such as focus, exposure, and white balance to ensure optimal image quality.● Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of camera equipment.● Keep up to date with new camera technologies and techniques.● Capture high-quality footage in various settings and lighting conditions.● Ensure all footage is properly cataloged and stored.● Assist in the planning and coordination of shoots.● Operate handheld, crane & static cameras depending on the needs of the production.● Follow storyboards and scripts to capture necessary shots.● Work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.● Understand and apply principles of composition, framing, and motion to enhance visual storytelling.Camera Person Qualifications & Skills● Advanced knowledge of camera equipment and film production techniques.● Experience with various types of cameras, including digital, film, and broadcast.● Proficiency in editing software to review and finalize footage.● Strong understanding of lighting and sound integration with visual elements.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.● Experience working on different types of productions including live events, news, & films.● Ability to think creatively and make quick decisions under pressure.● A degree or certification in film, media production, or a related field.● Minimum of 1 year of experience operating cameras in a professional environment.● Strong technical understanding of camera functions and settings.● Excellent eye for detail and composition.● Physical stamina and dexterity for operating camera equipment over long periods.● Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.● Knowledge of safety protocols for film and media production environments.
