About the jobWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating a variety of technology-focused projects within the company. This role requires engaging directly with development teams and other technical departments to fully understand and address their project needs. Key responsibilities include task follow-up, deadline management, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure technical objectives are met effectively.Responsibilities:Collaborate with developers and department leads to determine project requirements and technical needs.Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all technical tasks are completed on schedule.Follow up on tasks assigned to developers and technical teams, offering support and guidance as necessary.Facilitate communication between technical teams to maintain alignment on project goals.Track project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure technical milestones are achieved.Prepare and present project status updates to senior management.Provide constructive feedback to development and technical teams to support ongoing improvements and alignment with project goals.Conduct hands-on testing of developed products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications before final delivery.Leverage project management tools and methodologies to optimize project workflows.Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential project risks and technical issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.1+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a technical or development environment.Strong technical background with familiarity in managing technology-driven projects.Proven ability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously.Experience with project management tools and software.Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical details.
