About the jobWe’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Manager with a proven track record in creative development for Meta Ads, email/text marketing campaigns, landing pages, and more. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the aesthetics industry.Responsibilities:Creative Brief Development:Develop comprehensive and clear creative briefs that outline project goals, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables. Translate complex client needs and market research into actionable and inspiring creative directions. Ensure briefs are aligned with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and creative best practices. Content Creation:Design and develop visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Create and edit animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design. Meta Ads Creative Development:Test-and-Learn Strategy: Implement and manage a test-and-learn approach for design and copywriting to ensure a consistent flow of new options for Meta specialists, aiming to increase appointment bookings and overall campaign effectiveness. Video Production and Editing: Create and edit high-quality video content for Meta ads, using advanced techniques to produce engaging and visually compelling materials aligned with campaign goals. Storytelling and Copywriting: Develop persuasive narratives and write effective ad copy for Meta platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and advertising guidelines. Meta Ads Strategy and Optimization: Design and implement creative strategies for Meta ad campaigns, analyze performance data to refine content, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices. Performance Tracking & Reporting:Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all creative initiatives, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and appointment bookings. Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative strategies and suggesting areas for improvement. Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in creative development, preferably within an agency setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail. Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
