The candidate must maintain professionalism and politeness when responding to followers and customers.Analytical Skills: Must be capable of analyzing social media trends, reviewing previous posts, and providing detailed reports based on performance metrics.Internet Access: Must have consistent access to the internet to ensure timely and effective task completion.Social Media Proficiency: Must be familiar with and active on all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram).Adaptability: Ability to respond appropriately and quickly to customer complaints and changing situations.Time Sensitivity: Must prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed before deadlines.Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with a team, working well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Decisiveness: Must have the ability to make quick, informed decisions when handling sensitive posts and customer feedback.Creativity: Originality and creativity in content creation is essential.Initiative: The ideal candidate will proactively take on tasks without needing direct supervision or input.
